Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank You for shopping at Gunners Cocktails.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to advise us you would like to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the good are faulty, or damaged in any way you will be liable for the return postage costs.
Please contact us on info@gunnerscocktails.co.uk to request a Return and we shall reply within 2 working days with our Return Address and any other information or reference required for you to return your purchase.
We cannot accept returns of part packages of goods.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the refund credit usually within 3-5 days, this is wholly depending on your card issuer's policies.
We will send you confirmation that the Refund has been processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the good are found to be faulty.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping paid will be deducted from your refund.
